Thurston real estate is located on the east most side of Springfield Oregon bounded on the west by 42nd Street named for George H. Thurston, a pioneer settler of Lane County. Thurston post office was established March 16, 1877.
Thurston’s boundaries are on the north to the I 105, on the west 42nd street south to the Willamette River including all properties on 42nd street, on the south from Clearwater Park following and east northeast line intersecting the south end of south 72nd street continuing to East Boundary, and east north/south line through the intersection of highway 126 and Thurston road and includes all properties on Thurston road.
