North Florence Oregon Real Estate

Based on the MLS areas, North Florence is considered to be north of Florence city limits and excludes what the MLS considers the Beach Area. Because Florence real estate north of the city includes Mercer Lake, Munsel Lake, Collard Lake, Sutton Lake, many ocean view homes including Southview, continues north to the Lincoln County line just south of Yachats and which is mostly ocean view or ocean front property. Homes in the North Florence MLS area continuously average some of the highest per square foot sales prices and are some of the most desirable areas.

This is stunning country, Haceta Head Lighthouse, Cape Perpetua, and Sea Lion Caves are in this area and Haceta Head Lighthouse is in my slide show above, looking South towards Florence, the other direction is Yachats. In that picture as you round that last curve to the South you will see the entrance to Southview, the beautiful homes on the hills overlooking the Ocean and beaches below.

So where do you want to live? You have beaches and beach views, lakes and forest land. Shopping and good medical facilities are available in Florence. Lakes, streams, trails and miles of untouched beaches for walking.
