Coast Village real estate in Florence Oregon started out as 255 privately owned camp ground lots with underground utilities, water, sewer and electric. The original developer, Century Park, Inc., having sold most of the lots by September, 1983 then sold its ownership of the common areas and other rights in the development. Eventually in 1991 the lot owners formed a non-profit corporation now called Coast Village Property Owners Corp. and purchased the interest in the development of Coast Village, Inc.
Coast Village is a gated community that is fairly affordable for Florence Oregon with a mixture of manufactured homes and RV's most of which are set up permanently on nice lots.
There are currently as of December 2006 lots priced in the $50,000-$60,000 range, with some that a double wide would fit on. Prices may vary so call me for up to date details
