Florence Oregon - Park Village - Beautiful New Homes for Sale
Posted by Dennis Pease on Saturday, October 27th, 2007 at 12:41am.Park Village in Florence Oregon has been quickly selling Brand New Homes at a faster pace than any other builder in the area. Why you may ask? Maxwell Construction that builds Park Village has been building quality yet affordable homes in Oregon for years. Park Village is nearly sold out with approximately 7 homes left ranging from 1212 square feet to 1809 square feet with prices starting at less than $203,000. Maxwell Construction will start their next project in approximately spring of 2008 which would put the first homes to be completed probably mid to late summer 2008. So if you are considering a move to Florence you may want to rush over here and grab one of these great homes before they sell out.
Park Village offers many options and a long list of standard features. A few of the
standard features are:
- 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty
- 2x6 exterior wall construction
- Interlocking subfloor. Silent floor system
- Double paned vinyl windows with low E glass
- 30 year dimensional architectural series composition roof
- 2 car garage
I'm not going to list upgrades here other than to say garages can be widened or even 3 car garages.
Park Village includes neighborhood parks, greenbelt, low traffic cul-de-sac living and special programs for first time home buyers.

Maxwell is a crook, his houses are shacks. This will never be posted, so screw you too, Crook.

Well Ripped off, I guess you were wrong; I did post your comment. So let’s hear your complaint about Maxwell Construction. If you want to be taken seriously I think you should take back the comment that I'm a crook because I didn't sell you a house. I know that because the Maxwell Homes I've sold have owners that are now friends of mine and they are happy, hence they wouldn’t have posted this. In addition my clients would call me if they were unhappy because they know they can talk to me. So by calling me a crook and you don't know me then your comment about Maxwell isn't very believable, so please explain.
Now you have a chance to write about your dissatisfaction with your home on the most popular and most read real estate blog in Lane County. If you have a real live complaint and Bob Maxwell hasn’t helped you out and you want to make it public, here is your chance. To be fair to Maxwell I think you should identify yourself. If you don’t want to make your identity public, email me personally and if I know you are a real home owner unhappy about Maxwell, I promise to keep your identity private if that’s your desire.

I gave that last person the chance to come back and explain any obvious frustrations they have and as I suspected they did not.
My guess is that they are not so much unhappy with Maxwell Construction as they are probably disappointed that home prices have come down some even in Florence and more than likely their home will not sell for what they paid.
Right now, 2/15/2009 Maxwell still has a few homes left for sale in Park Village that he has lowered the price quite a bit to sell, which affects the values of the neighborhood homes. I have a feeling that is the frustration of the last commenter. Since they were rude and obnoxious I imagine they are too ashamed to reveal to me their identity. It's too bad because if they did have any valid concerns this is probably their best place to voice that. The offer still stands.
