RE/MAX. For those people that have been coming to this website for a while you will probably notice that I am back with RE/MAX after nearly one year... Woo Hoo!!!
As you can tell I am extremely happy about that but it does not just benefit me, it also greatly benefits my clients. Search by Map - Oregon Real Estate buyers also find this website to be a very interactive with Google Mapping that allows the Buyer to Search by Map, from there you can can grab the map, move it to any area you are interested in, zoom in or out and see the property listings in that area. Just run your mouse over the orange roof of the home to see the price, if you are interested in that listing just click on it for more information. This is a very popular tool for searching areas you want to see. Grab the little blue box in the lower right corner of the map to quickly move to another area. In the upper right corner of the map you can click the "Hybrid" button to get a great aerial view of the property. The "Satellite" button show the same view without the roads being highlighted.
Search MLS - Buyers can also use the Search MLS link to do a specific search by City, Area, Subdivision or MLS number. You can also Save a Search to come back to it and you can also Save Individual Listings to come back and view them at your convenience.
Search City Pages - Besides the Search by Map this is probably the most popular way Buyers search because in addition to the search there is so much information about each area. These are located on the left Navigation Bar below "Surrounding Areas". For example if you were to click on the Eugene OR Real Estate link you will then see under that link on the left different areas of Eugene such as Santa Clara - Eugene OR. From these "Area" pages you will find pictures and details of 6 random listings and below those you will see "Search by Property Type". So in this example for the Santa Clara area in Eugene, below the 6 picture listings and below "Search by Property Type" if you click the "Single Family Homes" link you will be able to search by price range homes for sale ONLY in the Santa Clara area.
In addition to personally working in Lane County from the Eugene / Springfield area to Florence, I have Top Agents available in all other areas listed on this website.

Thanks Wayne, I agree that because RE/MAX has the Biggest, most Trusted name in Real Estate I know I have gained at least a few clients in the past as a result.
Bob, I know you and Donna do great in the Tampa area and successful agents especially benefit with RE/MAX. I also agree with your math, most of us consider it at some point but it usually makes more sense to remain with RE/MAX, which is how they remain so successful by recruiting and keeping great agents.

Congrats! I can tell you that we sometimes think about going out on our own but every time we put a pencil and paper to the numbers, the benefits of staying with Remax outweigh the cost savings.

Congrats on being back with RE/MAX. I think they have the best worldwide name. People moving trust the RE/MAX name because they know that as a rule top agents gravitate there because of the desk fees and structure.
