In our tradition of offering the best MLS search in Oregon we have implemented a 
New Advanced Search so our users can do a MLS Search with Advanced Search capabilities.
So in addition to having the ability to search most of Western Oregon for Residential, Multifamily, Land, Farms and Commercial by City, Area, Subdivisions, MLS Numbers and our Custom Map Search. Our Users can now do Advanced Searches for most search criteria such as finding property in certain school districts, the ability to do searches by filling in the blanks. This is huge, most websites allow you to click a certain price ranges like $200,000 to $250,000, not ours. you can fill in the blanks, maybe you want to search a price range from $245,000 to $260,000, or a home built between 2004 to 2008, or 1800 square feet to 1950 square feet, or .2 acre to .65 acre. It's up to you how you search.
You can also search for property types like condo, detached homes, manufactured homes, etc. You can look for property that is waterfront and by holding the control button you can search specifically for say Ocean Front and Lake Front or any other combination. You can specify the Style of home, again hold down the control button to choose more than one option.
This is a Powerful Search to help you locate exactly what you are looking for, then save the search so you can come back and see if there is any new real estate listings that meet your search criteria that you have saved. You can also save your favorite listings so you can come back and look at them
It is easy to get started and to use this advanced search all you have to do is register with your name and valid email address. When you register your password is immediately emailed to you, if you don't see it right away, make sure it didn't get sent to your junk mail. Once you login you can change your password to something easy to remember. It's that easy and well worth your time if you are seriously looking for real estate.

This is great news. Thank for you sharing information about this resource. I think being able to search for properties by school districts is a must in today’s world, where parents are so worried about providing the right education for their kids. And the ability to do searches by filling in the blanks is just a stroke of genius, I think.

Thanks Ben! The ability to fill in the blanks makes the MLS search so powerful, as you know with most real estate websites you have to search by using a drop down box that so often does not allow the user to really search for what they want. My visitors often tell me they have looked at all the competitors websites and found this one to be the most user friendly website they have found.
